land trial..

today was land trial.. so it was f-ing horrible and f up.. as i did damn bad.. hai.. got so much more to improve lah.. i wanna get back my good timing for 2.4km like when i was in ITE.. that was my damn good timing ever in my life as a student taking napfa test.. now de totally like shit arh.. damn sian.. hai.. got to run on my own to improve on my time and all arh.. got to try to do at least 1 chin up (pretty in possible but just do my best).. hai.. (-_-) sadded..

sit up(90 seconds): 49
chin up(hang): 29 seconds
2.4km run: 14 minutes 39 seconds
